Large inventory, great customer service.

I've recently discovered this store and have had positive experiences both times I've visited.

The first time was when I was having my bike serviced at a different store, where that store mentioned I wouldn't be able to pick up my bike for a few days due to a part shortage. I found stock at The Bike Zone's inventory, and was able to purchase and supply it to the other store in order to expedite my work order with them.

When I was picking up my bike from that store, they recommended I perform a brake bleed as my hydraulics were losing pressure. When I dropped off my bike at that same store, they again mentioned it would be a couple days before I could pick it up. I, however, had a scheduled ride and needed to expedite it. I visited The Bike Zone where the mechanic (Jason Guminny) inspected my bike and suggested I simply replace my brake pads instead. The service was done right away and at a similar price. I was able to complete my scheduled ride without any issues.

Would definitely be visiting here first moving forward!

I have always gone to another bike shop down the road but it was recently recommended that I check out your shop & I am so glad I did. I’ve now been in twice & I can’t say enough good things about all these guys. John especially has been amazing. I am very new to riding & had bought a used road bike off marketplace. Since my bike is older, the size of tires it had aren’t really even available anymore. John took the time to try out numerous different sizes & found the perfect match. I asked a million different questions & not once did he make me feel like I was an idiot for asking or that I was taking up his time. He even helped mount my new bike rack on my vehicle. Just really above & beyond. He gave me some very helpful tips & asked all the right questions to trouble shoot a few issues I was having. He measured me for a new seat, installed it & then measured me again to make sure it was in the optimum position. Super friendly, I never felt rushed. The tech in the back was also amazing. There was another gentlemen there on my first visit who was just so pumped I was getting into the sport. Fantastic experience all round. Thanks guys!! Went in for a bike fit. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Didn’t even charge me, just helped me out with the a couple things on my bike. Best bike store in Barrie.

Jovi was great. The store has great selection. After searching extensively for weeks online and to many shops to find the right high performance bike for my nine year old, I finally caved to the realization I needed to buy new to get the quality he needs. I went in looking for the right balance between price point and quality. Jovi helped us pick the right bike. My son is thrilled and I feel like I got a really good bike for the right price. Trustworthy salesman. No pressure. He knows his stuff. My son is already doing his best to test the bike to its limits. No blood yet.
